Only in the city of "Brotherly Love" will a public celebration turn into a (for lack of a better phrase) elementary chaperoned school dance. After the city watched our Phittin Phils take the NLCS Championship back 2 back it was only one thing for fans to do...HIT THE STREETS !!!
But as always we couldn't handle that, therefore the PPD & State Troopers had to step in. And believe me they shut our fun down. Blocking all streets and only allowing us about a 3 block radius to have any form of entertainment. Here are the pics...
