CONGRATS!!!!

Another member of the Abstract Thought Fam graduates, Jarrett L. Payne. The commencement ceremony was ridiculously long; consisting of keynote speeches referencing people "you probably don't know" (the speaker said that after he mentioned someone), quotes from famous & unfamous Americans, charges made to the graduating class to succeed, and a somewhat uncouncious competition of who's speech was the longest with the most quotes and dry jokes. Hopefully that answeres the why is he making this face question all of you are asking yourselfs outloud.

Nonetheless after a long line of "A" through "M" accompanied by a host of "Patel" names we reached the moment we were waiting for:

Now I'm all about artisitc design and adapting modern styles when developing new ideas but this ish right here....WOW! Any man knows how awkward it is to be cought in the bathroom with a stranger who sparks up some conversation with you while you're releaving yourself. Just imagine the things that will be said in this bathroom....WOWZA!!!

Gotta Start Somewhere !!!

So I'm sitting in this service on a Monday night and I couldn't help but notice this kit set up in the corner. The kit (meaning drum set) was not set us like most I come across. Usually you see a 5 piece Tama or 6 piece Yamaha Stage Custom accompanied by a host of splash, crash, and ride symbols. Instead this is what I saw:

At first I could not control the laughter but then when I actually looked at the set up it resembled one that most of us are very familiar with:

Philly's own ?uestLove...known for that unique set up style perfect for those drummers who play in the pocket. So in this I learned to appreciate foundation, cause you have to start somewhere.

WOWZAAA!!!

As stated before nothing completes a lay like a ill piece of wrist wear. As always, trying to step outside the norm, I was surfing the common sites for watches but nothing seemed to stand out until I met Bell & Ross. This brand you won't find at your local jewlry store and the price tag is easily 5 digits long. What I like about this particular watch is that it has the urban relaxed feel still holding true to its Brand's quality.
